Why new airports and airlines don't necessarily mean stronger competition
Although India needs investment in both aviation infrastructure and effective competition among airlines, neither should be assumed to guarantee the other. That’s especially true of airport operators introducing new airlines. Such decisions must be measured against consumer gains.
