At least four industry executives confirmed that laptop prices have risen, and even doubled in some cases. Data collated by Mint show that on average, an entry-level laptop that previously cost 30,000 is being sold at 50,000 now. At the same time, mid-range laptops that previously cost 50,000 are now being sold at 80,000.
