Apple has launched the MacBook Pro 14-inch lineup powered by the new M5 chipset. The new laptop from the Cupertino-based tech giant comes with a Liquid Retina XDR display, macOS Tahoe, and a backlit keyboard.
Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch specifications:
The new MacBook Pro comes with a 14.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display with a resolution of 3024×1964 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display comes with 1,600 nits of peak brightness and 1,000 nits of sustained full-screen brightness.

Apple is marketing the new MacBook Pro for AI-related workflows and says that the M5 chip even allows for running large language models (LLMs) on-device.
The new MacBook Pro comes with a 12MP Center Stage camera for video calls along with a six-speaker sound setup with support for Spatial Audio.
It runs on macOS Tahoe with support for Apple Intelligence and the new Liquid Glass design language. Apple is claiming a battery life of 24 hours from the new MacBook, which is a slight upgrade over the 22-hour backup that it promised for the M4 MacBook Pro.
