Noida amends Master Plan 2031: Can nearly 13,000 farmers finally get their long-pending residential plots?
Noida Authority has amended its Master Plan 2031 to create space for pending 5% residential plots for farmers. Nearly 13,000 claims remain unresolved, but public objections and state approval are still required.
