South Africa's anti-immigrant protests should prompt a zero-tolerance policy—for dictators in the continent
The rise of xenophobia is a danger all of Africa needs to examine. Going after immigrants from elsewhere is unjust, but Africa should ask itself why so many people are fleeing their home countries in the first place.
