Reform Express: India’s economy is fast being transformed but we have a long journey ahead
Indian reforms will deliver the goods once the country’s culture of governance changes in ways that enable India to reach its destination. Given the challenges, reformist policy moves alone are unlikely to move the needle beyond a point.
