Agentic AI can run amok. To pin legal liability, we need records of who deployed which AI agents
AI agents have been seen to collude for price rigging, take action without authorization and worse. It is human actions, though, that are held liable under the law. To fix accountability in case of agentic violations, AI deployment needs to be tracked.
